In remembrance of my Daddy
To Honour my Daddy. He would have been 76 today, Happy Birthday in Heaven. I only had 15 years to get to know him but we were BFF's and I still miss him. This print I created a few years ago and it is fitting to honour him by as my Dad was an adventurer. He was in the Finnish Navy, he flew glider planes and went deep sea diving, he ventured into commercial fishing and he was an artist. He inspired me to go after my dreams in the Photography world. Just 15 years I had him in my life, and it was amazing.

Niagara Falls in HDR
As promised, I will share some more photography and will try harder to keep up with it. Here's a photo from our spectacular North American Motorhome Tour in '06. I have made a few discoveries in my artwork and the latest is HDR (high dynamic range) images. An older photo with a new twist.

Vintage Silver Teapot Floral Design
So, I thought, I don't drink tea, I love silver, especially vintage silver and I love flowers. What could I do with all the vintage teapots and coffee pots that I currently own? Why not make a non-conventional silk floral arrangement?
Here is one of the ones I made, posted on etsy and sold pretty quick. I keep telling Tracey at Raggy Girl Vintage that I regret selling it, it was so adorable. The teapot was a miniature, probably only held 1 to 2 cups of fluid. Oh well, just have to take some more trips to the thrift shops and create another one.
